What year and make is this Hudson?

The "40" preliminary two digits, indicate that it is either the 1940 Traveler Six, Deluxe Six, or a "business car". All of these are of the entry-level series of Hudson, with the 175 c.i.d. 6-cylinder engine (the standard was a 212 c.i.d. engine). The make is, of course, Hudson.0
