In other words, so does everyone else. Someone should re-pop these for sure. Out of two cars, I almost have enough for one car . . . almost.

Russell... do you have a clear picture of the clips that can be posted or sent to me? With it the Fastenall folks or possibly other fastener company can match it.

I just sent every one of them I could find to Perry Spring II, so a picture will take a while.

Thanks everybody for the replys. I work at a factory that makes water distillers out of stainless steel so asked the boss if he could make some of these clips . He could but it would cost about 1700.00 dollars for the two tools to make it. But we are very buisy right now so said to wait a while

He would see what he could do. duncan

That's very generous of you Mr. Albright. ...WITH the bolts too!:D For anyone that doesn't know, the bolts are a unique 'high/low' screw. Almost like an Acme thread, but finer. Those are hard to get too. Very nice offer.

    Ed,

The one that I used was Part number 2231 'SPEED NUT' It says that it is used on CADILLAC 40-49, BUICK 40-49. Fit just right for me. This is on page 135 of the 2007 catalog. Listed at $1.10 ea.
