Imminent end of Hudson Photo Site on the web...

MSN is about to end its "groups" website service, in February. Right now, we have a Hudson photo site there, on which anyone may post entire albums of their Hudson-related photographs. http://groups.msn.com/HudsonEssexTerraplaneBulletinBoard/_whatsnew.msnw



So, if the site is to continue, we'll need a replacement location. MSN suggests "Multiply" (which is, I guess, something like "Facebook", only maybe for communities rather than individuals). I have no way of assessing whether this is an acceptable substitute.



Moreover, I don't have that much spare time anymore, and the prospect of searching for another photo site, and then setting it up, does not thrill me. Would any public-spirited Hudsonite like to work with me to find and set up a new Hudson photo site, and then transfer the hundreds of photos that are now at the present site?



If not, then the old photo site will simply die in February and all the photos there will be lost.

    There is already a Hudson group on Flickr that contains hundreds of Hudson pics. Just move them over there. Lots of the pics are duplicated over there anyway.

    One reason why I've been moving my photo's off MSN to Freewebs. Got a bunch of other stuff that's pretty much been moved.

    there already is a hudson group on facebook. Uploading pictures is easy.

    Here's the link to the Hudson Essex Terraplance Club on Facebook - I think you need to be a 'member' of Facebook to post pictures, but am not sure...

    There is also a gallery right here on Classic Car. It has the Hudson Essex Terreplane gallery divided into 4 sub-categories.
