What will make this work?

OK fellow Hudnuts,

What piece is incorrect, the pump or the t-stat housing? Should they line up straight to each other? It doesnt seem like their is enough room for a bypass hose either.

    I just did what I should have done in the first place--call Dave K in Ohio!

    Not only did he have the answer, he had the correct outlet part!
