    Any part of the perimeter "rails" or even the x-members that attach the body tub to the sub frame.

    And of course the typical places, door-fender bottoms, leading trunk edge, and the trunk....probably in that order!

    By no means is anyone trying to dissuade you from grabbing a rusty one and fixing it up. It can-has-and-will be done again...you just need to temper the amount of work vs. budget, skills and time.

    Wow that prototype was from like nothing. Trust me after learning all of this information that all of you greatlful people have told me., I'm def. not going to buy some rusted out car just because it looks good in a picture. -lucas

    Lots of good advice here. I'll repeat what others have said.
    Join the HET club. $30 will get you 6 issues of the club magazine which is full of information including classifieds. When you send your money in, also send an email to Lew Bird (hetwtnad@live.com remove het off the front of the email). He can place a wanted ad in the classifieds for you. There could be someone close by that would be willing to sell you what you are looking for... You're too late to get in the next issue as it'll start hitting mailboxes in two weeks. But, if you get it in by Feb. 1st, you'll have it in the following issue.
