Marlborough National Video

I finally got off my back-side and ordered the Marlborough National Video from John Fromm. Gotta tell you folks, John's been at this for a lot of years and the quality shows.
Yeah, yeah, yeah - I know. You took your regular camera and you shot tons and tons of photo's - and we all know where those wound up, right?? In the "someday I got organize this mess" file!!! Right??
Well, here's a ready made video that don't cost all that much ($30 is a dollar a day), and now it's on DVD. It makes a great souvenir to sit and watch on a long winters night (if you're lucky enough to live in a place where they have winter - other wise it's a great kick back video for a lazy Sunday afternoon (drag your Ford oriented buddy over to watch - you might end up getting him into the club).
I have John's video's from the Nationals I have been able to get to all the way back to my first National in York in 1988 - one of these days (that sound familiar) I want to transfer the cassettes over to disk. I still watch them now and again - great fun seeing old friends I met at the meet along with the new ones I made. Can't beat it.

Are these sold in the club store ? It would be great to buy them and just do a Pay Pal while sitting here waiting for the mail

No Ron - this is a private venture by John.
He does advertize in the WTN - in the latest (Jan/Feb) issue it's under "Miscelleaneous" and found on page 42

Alex, what took you so long? My wife gave me the video for Christmas.
All John's videos are highly recomended. Even if you happen to miss any National meets, with John's videos you feel that you were there!0 -
