They will work without a relay, if you do use a relay you can run both off of it BUD0

If you wire the oogah horn and another horn to the same relay, won't both horns blow together? Wouldn't it be better to use 2 relays, so you can blow one horn or the other?
Am I overlooking somethinmg here?

Not missing anything, that is how it will work, the relay assures full voltage from the battery to a device and at the same time assures that a high drain device does not starve other devices thru the wireing harness. To operate seperately one would need to install a seperate button. BUD0
