We received an Email via the Hudsonclub.org site today from a vendor requesting technical clarification. Below is a copy of his massage, anyone that can help is welcome to contact him via the posted email address. Thank you!

"I am the owner of classic 2 current fabrication, and we have been one of the leading manufacture of floor pans, trunk pans, inner and outer rocker panels and many more rust repair panels for almost every make and model for several years now. We currently have been focusing on floor pans and rocker panels for the Hudson, and we've just completed front and rear floor pans and a trunk pan for an original given to us from a 1940 Hudson Terraplane. The information that the gentleman who supplied us with the original has given us is that all floor items will fit the Hudson 1934-41 4dr and could be trimmed to fit the 2dr. I am hoping that you would know if this information is correct because we want not only Hudson enthusiasts, but other car enthusiasts to be able to correctly restore their car, and we don't want to providing false information. Please email me back if you can answer this question and feel free to browse the product that we offer on our website at Hudson Floor Pans" Sales@c2cfabrication.com

  • There are a number of information sources available to assure your investment, time and advertisement of products is accurate. I would suggest you contact the president of the HUDSON CLUB... contact information available on this site... and the Hudson Historical Society. It is the expressed focus of both the HUDSON CLUB and the Hudson Historical Society to act as a medium to help members restore their Hudson. The library holding of both groups have sufficient information to cooberate and validate the information needed. I would expect there is also information that would focus your efforts on needed replacement parts as well as patterns or examples to replicate.

Your request focuses on what I have always reasoned as true value of having a HET club and its library of historical information. :):):)
