Unity Back up Light Mounting Pads

Rather than try to make a replacement pair, I'd like to first try to find a good original replacement set. These are the angled black rubber pads that mount flush to the car. They are for the Unity Model "C" back up lights. Anyone got a nice set available or worse case, know of a source?
