28 Essex Brakes help

I just pulled the wheels off my Essex and found 3 return springs missing. these are the upper return springs approximately 6 3/4 inch, wondering if anyone knows a replacement spring that is available, Also the brake expander cam on one brake is missing any ideas would be appreciated.
