I had hoped to get my 49 Commadore back for My 9-10 Wedding Day. That morning I received a call saying I'll have it back by 2.00Pm. You see The Famous Hudson Dr. from Long Island was doing everything he could to get the car back to me. The Brakes and exhaust needed attention and there is no one else that I would ever let work on my Babies. So on the way to leave to deliver the 49, the brakes went. Luckily the triple safe brakes saved the day so This hero could go back to evaluate. As the phone rang to tell me that the 49 was not going to make it I started to get depressed. However this Trusted friend would not let me down. After a quick look , it was discovered that the clevis pin was missing from the master cylinder and it was a quick fix. Although we were late in connecting on the 49, The famous Hudson Dr was there for a fellow Friend and Club Member. What a Wedding Gift. Even though I haven't been a Club member that long, It's been an honor.
