Almost means something different to me.
That being said it is cheap for a perfect restoration if in fact it is. Green wheels are a little odd.

That is funny and I mean really funny. He thinks he has the rare Dusenburg Essex the little know half a million dollar model. Car is 5K the priceless dust is $495,000
