hose clamps 53 super wasp

what were the proper type of rad and heater hose clamps? there were many styles on mine when i dismantled it.

    The solid band type where the tightening bolt sat perpindicular to the hose.

    The actual name for the correct type of clamp used by Hudson is called a Sherman clamp. If you ask for it by that name , a few folks that sell clamps may know what you're talking about.
