48 super 6 seats

Does anyone out there have any original upholstery from a 48 super 6 (the brown/gray/with a small green stripe)? I'd like to find a 18inch x 2 foot or so piece to patch the back drivers seat (until I can afford to redo the interior properly). If you have any old seats (especially the less used rear seats) that has a section of still good, clean cloth, please let me know.

    SMS Auto fabrics http://www.smsautofabrics.com/ has a close match (or dead original) pattern for 1949's and maybe it fits '48's as well. Get in touch with them.

    SMS fabric and LeBarron Bonney fabric is close, but not close enough for exact match.

    It is stripped wool fabric 15-66-1 can be seen at LeBarron Bonney web site

    Thanks for the suggestions, but I already got samples from both companies, and it does not match close enough for a repair. I was hoping someone had a parts car or left over old seats with that color of cloth that still had a small section that was not ripped or stained. I'd then be able to sew it into my seat back so it would look more presentable. Anyone?
