Hello Fellow Hudsonites,

Currently I am in process of removing the wiring harness from the engine compartment. All wires have been disconnected. I am now at the firewall and want to know where are the connectors are.

Hudson stepdown wiring harnesses are point to point wiring... at the firewall the under hood wiring passes through a rubber grommet. This grommet is held to the firewall by a metal ring which has two sheet metal screws. Remove the screws and the ring can be removed from the grommet. (The ring is actually hinged and allows the ring to be removed from around the wiring harness. The grommet can then be removed from the firewall penetration hole. The opposite end of each wire is descretely connected under the dash to another electrical point via a terminal on the effected system.

    Good Luck
