Wasp glass

Can someone help me out. I am trying to order the flat glass for a 52 wasp 4 door from Classic Flat Glass. I found 52 Hudsons on their web site but it did not list Wasp. I called them & the individual I spoke to was not sure if what they had would fit. He said the built their data base from a parts book. We determined that I needed to indentify the model of the Wasp. Does anyone know if the Wasp would fit into either of these catagoires?

SEDAN - 4 Door - 6 Passenger - Models 4B & 5B - Pacemaker Six & Super Six OR

SEDAN - 4 Door - 6 Passenger - Models 6B, 7B & 8B - Commodore Six, Hornet Six & Commodore Eight.

Wasp should have the same glass as a Pacemaker 1951 and later.... The door windows should be the same for all models I think but the rear quarter windows on the side are different for Pacemakers and Wasps as they were not vent windows and did not open up.

The flat Glass for a 1952 Wasp is the same as that found in any other Stepdown with the exception of the rear quarter windows. The windows are either fixed or framed to open. Your cars configuration is the key. So if your windows are fixed... order the 4B & 5B variant. If movable ... i.e. framed... order the other configuration. Most glass shops should have the cardboard templates so you can go and take a look at the glass patterns. The key to recognizing the fixed versus the framed glass is ... the framed glass has a dip in the top and bottom edges of the glass ... allows the glass to fit the frame properly. The fixed glass is straight cut across the bottom and the hypotenuse of the glass triangle. How do I know… I changed my 53 Wasp from fixed to opening rear quarter windows… and I have all the Stepdown glass templates.
