A Big Thank You To The Home Chapter
I would like to offer my thanks and congratulations to the Home Chapter for what had to be one of the best (if not the best) Nationals in the history of the HET Club!
They put on quite a show that will be talked about for years to come. It was readily apparent that a tremendous amount of work went into the planning and execution of this event.
To all of the wonderful folks of the Home Chapter "THANK YOU"
Kevin & Judy Chandler
P.S. The last that I heard this morning there were over 400 cars at the meet and the banquet was set for 720 people!!!

Just got home. Almost wished I didn't have to leave. Met some of the people I've often seen on this forum and it was one helluva meet. Weather was great all week esp for the middle of July. Lots of rare cars and a good showing of pre-war cars. Surprisingly only saw like 3 '55-'57's Saw a couple 100 year old cars. LOL Ed Souer's outstanding collection. Quality Albright award cars.... Had a blast and it was a great celebration. Even got to drive a '51 and the honor to ride in a Sheldon's beautiful '37 LWB Hudson. I could go on but main thing, Home chapter did a good job. Thanks!!0
