More on the National

:)I really enjoyed this years National, It was Great. For those who were unable to attend, you missed an assortment of fine Hudson's, fabulous people, and a great time. You could find just about anything at the swap meet, lots of NOS goodies were there. Tours were well planned out and the weather co-operated.
I walked amongst the fine Hudson's, even rode in the 1912 touring, what an unforgetable experience. Those early Hudsaon's ran circles around the competition. There were Hudson's from most years, a few were missing, like a '33 Hudson, and I did not see any station wagons. There was a Rambler wagon however. I was hoping to see the step down wagon that a gentleman built a couple years ago.
I want to thank The Home Chapter and all others invovled in getting and putting the National meet on. I know it that any meet takes a great deal of commitment and time. All invovled did a wonderfull job.
Again I say thanks, will see you at Spokan next year. I will bring a Hudson. Arnie in Nevada

It was a super meet, I saw Jon battle and Bill Albright but did not get the chance to say hello. Found lots of great 1937 Terraplane parts and the weather was great every day. There was a cutaway of a complete Terraplane engine and trans. that actually turned over so you could watch how everything worked pretty neat. I took my brother in-law to his first national meet. He could not believe the Hudsons and believe it or not he wrote down every single car there and who owned it and any special notes about them we are talking almost 400 cars! Best National i have ever been to. Chuck G0

Arnie, there actually was a 33. Nestled amongst Ed Souers collection was his origonal 33 Hudson sedan - probably my favorite car on display.
Shame you missed it, a chance to see a 33 Hudson does not happen often. Its a shame more 33's weren't produced/survived.
I am pretty sure all years of Hudson from 25 up to 54 were there and probably about 1/2 of the prior years were represented. Also all years of Terraplane.0
