On the Hudson Car Club Webb site is a picture of a book called "Hudson Dizler Paint Color 1929-1958".

Click on the book. There are 43 pages of paint colors and codes for Top, Bottom, Belt and Stripes for all models 1929-1958.

Also, optional colors that were available.

Hope you find it interesting and helpful.

Have a good day. Lee

  • Lee, I didn't see it on the Home page, just exactly where is the 'book'. I'm probably looking right at it. Sounds like a great item.

    Thanks,

Go to this URL - http://74.55.9.183/index.php - the paint book is on the left a little way down the page.

Scott, I should have mentioned the picture of the book was about 1/2 way down the page on the left. I hope it is helpful information to you and others.

Alex is great about filling in the blanks. Thanks Alex.

You all have a good day. Lee

I kept hearing about the Hudson website on ClassicCar, but never found it until now. Thanks for sharing the link! Now that we've had time to review the color chips, there will be a flashcard quiz at your next club event where you'll need to identify the year by the colors on the card. :)
