I have just received my oil pan gasket for my 53 Hornet from Dale Cooper. It looks good and the response was very quick. I have a question though.

What sealant (if any) have people used when installing these gaskets? Do you do anything special at the joints between the pieces of the gasket?

Any wisdom would be appreciated.
