Nice looking '35(?) HET for sale....

"1935 Terraplane Special Series G four door sedan, just out of a museum. This is an older cosmetic refurbishing of what appears to have been a solid, original car. The paint, chrome, and interior are very good and it runs well. Purchase price options are available if a buyer chooses to build a street rod. $14,900"

Hmmm.... says that possible price options are available if the buyer intends to build a street rod! Maybe if I say I'll chop and channel it, the guy will give me a deal!

(Then I would turn around and keep it "stock!" Oh, wicked, wicked me....)

Way too nice to st. rod.
  • Probably the guy would give price options for keeping original items such as engine/drivetrain, axles, etc. that a streetrodder wouldn't use.

But, as splasher said-that's not streetrod material. Way too complete and nice.

This is such a nice car it would be criminal to cut it up and/or make a street rod out of it. This is the type of talk that drives a restorer nutzzzzz...
