Step Down Heater Core

I have installed three used heater cores over the last few years, and they all work fine for a year or so and start to leak. So I would like to get one recored and be done with it.

Does anyone in the club do this or sell exchange ones? I can get it done locally, but would rather send it to some one who has figured out what replacement cores work.

Try Lance Walker-- listed in the WTN under suppliers. Specializes in the Ranco valves and (I think) rebuilds the heater cores.
