I am looking for install instructions with "8 by 10 photo glossies with descriptions of hte back" to install lap belts to the front seat frame (while I have it still out).

Do as I did in my 2 53's. I used a piece of metal 2 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick and fitted it to the under side of the body, full length side to side and made it anchored to the side rails front and rear just behind where the seats set, then drilled through both pieces and anchored belts. No way is the belts pulling through the floor like it would if just anchored to floor metal. Do not anchor to seat frame because you and seat could fly forwards. Walt.

Got it. Makes sense now. I thought maybe boosting the Seat Frame to Chassis connections and then add good steel to the seat frame would be required.

This will have to wait until spring.

i shaped the metal piece to fit the contour of the body and at the ends bent it over the ridge at the bottom of the rocker panel. No way can this ever move. Walt.

I did the same as Walt on my 52. I did weld it in place but only because I had the undercarriage blasted and the body was on one of those rotating frames.
