1951 Hudson Hornet at WAAAM
If you ever get to visit the Columbia River Gorge, OR be sure to stop at WAAAM (Western Antique Airplane and Automobile Museum) in Hood River, OR. They now have a Hudson in the collection and here is a short video of the car...

There are certain things that do not look stock, but this is great to see no matter what. Keep in mind that this car did not go to a museum to die, but to be driven and inform patrons.
For more info of the museum look here... http://www.waaamuseum.org/
Hope you enjoy

Thanks for posting. The National glider museum used to be in Terrell Texas it has since moved to Lubbock Texas at the airport. There were many folks who took glider pilot training as well as folks who were taken to battle aboard these vehicles. As one who spent many hours in a variety of powered aircraft to include the USAF C-123 (that started life as a follow on glider to replace WWII gliders) I tip my hat to those who went to war in a Glider.0
