Center Steering Pin?

Does anyone know where I can get a new pin for the center steering pivot for a '49 Super Six? I bought some new bearings from Dave Kostansek, but he was all out of the pins and seals. Are these fairly difficult parts to obtain?

    Have your local tool shop hard chrome plate yours and re-grind it to size.

    i was told once that not to often is the pin bad just the bearings. also they are hard to do. doug wildrick sells them i think.
