rear interior panel for a '54 Hornet help?

I am going to have to create (I guess) new interior panels for the doors and rear quarters for my '54 Hornet coupe project. I've seen a little info before but am asking now if anyone has a clear picture or photo of the panels. I have the ragged (and I mean ragged) remains of one rear panel and it appears that vinyl was used as well as fabric, with a few strips of textured bright strips. Is the bright work still available or are there any subsitutes? I am doing the interior in blue.
