54 Hornet hood release cable

I need a release cable for my Hornet, it broke last weekend at the Rolla Summer Fest. I shortened the cable and it works, but I would liket to replace it.

    Don't know if it's cheaper than NAPA, but there is one up for bid on E-Bay now, with 5 days left.Starting price is $29.95

    FWIW, seller is man from Florida who is selling the NAPA cable.
