A diamond in the rough

In these trying times of Corprate Scandals , Media slander, Bird Flu and the big three in the drink one thing stands clear. As we look over the landscape of the Big three there is nothing but economic turmoil. After talking to a close friend that is a salesman at my local chevy dealer trouble is brewing. With the onslaught of employee discounts and unlimited insentives, the dealers are losing there shirt. They still have to pay their saleman but the dealerships aren't making any money. THe stock mkt has gone nowhere in 5 yrs and the bond mkt sucked everyone in over the last 2 yrs and now bond prices are coming down, more dissappointment.

With all this going on the best investment which is real and tangible is collector cars. And the best and most undervalued is the Hudson. With the public looking for some good home cooking Hudson leads the way. The highest integrity in bussiness doesn't always mean succuss in the bussiness world. The American spirit of truth and credibility is what the collector car world longs for. Not only amazing designs of Patriotism, ie the Uss Hornet and Uss Wasp but also truth and guidance. Go Hudson and lead us forward.

  • Our local Dodge dealership seems to be doing well, and the DCX stock is up considerably against Ford (F) and GM, and has been for quite some time. The travails about those two are well-documented, but DaimlerChrysler seems to be bucking that very nicely. Could be that they're building the cars people want to buy, so far as new cars go! And I concur completely with your assessment of Hudson!
