    I guess I should mention now that my Hudson '8' St Rod Cpe is finally finished since I took it to its first Cruise-In this past Wknd. Its not show perfect, just another Hornet powered Cruiser. Attached pic's.... (for some reason the pic's dont reveal the true gold colors)...

    So what happened to the 8? Is it slated for something else? I rebuilt the 8 when I scrapped the 39CC (Would not cast a decent shadow) and am installing in my 47 Pickup, since I had to pull the motor anyway because the rear soft plug rusted out.

    I already have a 40 8 coupe almost ready for the road. All stock. Cool.

    Thanks for all the positive comments.... Regarding the '8' cyl, I never got a motor with the Car and I had a Hornet looking for a home....

    I HAD REAL TREAT ON SUNDAY WE WENT TO A HUDSON MEET IN UPPER EASTERN OHIO I GOT TO SEE CHUCKS WORK UP CLOSE THE CAR LOOKS AND RUNS BETTER THAN THE PHOTOS CONGRATS OLD RACER FOR A JOB DONE 'GREAT" ;)

    AS FOR THE 8 PART AS JACK CLIFFORD'S OLD DECAL SAID 6=8

    Love it Chuck,the old coupes are very cool looking. You did an AWESOME job,dad and R2 would be proud to know you still fool with Hudsons . I was very impressed seeing all ur cars and trucks last time i came up there. Keep it up.RUSSELL thanks you for the stock start button.You need a visit to the Twin H Garage soon.
