a '50 big 6 has 262 cubes (I think the Pacemaker has a smaller engine) and a '35 6 is a 212 cube engine + the '50 engines have a pressure oil system & the '35 is a "splasher" so a COMPLETELY different engine!0

Maybe he's asking about the physical size (measurement). That is....can one drop a 1950 six cyl. engine into a 1935 Terraplane?0

sean, the ad for the '35 parts in illinois is in the latest hudson. i believe it is a complete running gear for a '35. regards, tom0

You are right in sizes,I was able to look it up.I have a 50 flat sitting here,and was tempted to us it in the 35 until the correct matching engine was found...Stupid Idea, and not worth the effort.Thanks for the replies..0
