Anyone know a Phil M. Thrasher from Spokane, Wa?

I found the old registered owners info for my 52 Coupe. His name was Phil M. Thrasher, Spokane, Wa.



Anyone by any chance recognize the name? He sold the car in 1974 to a David N. Peterson of Spokane. Nothing in the last two HET rosters. I tried a people search and found a possible match but couldn't get a phone number....

No Thrashers in Washington state in either the 1971, 1974 or 1976 National Rosters. Apparently he wasn't a member, at least after 1971. I note that Tracy Thiel has been a long-time member from Washington state. Possibly Tracy might have known of the car, "back in the day".
