A New Ride
Hi guys! I just couldn't stand it any longer, I've got to show you what I picked up this past weekend. The old girl had only 15,691 original miles showing when I picked it up. Don't get me wrong, it's not a show car, but something I can get into and drive and enjoy just as it is!

Wrong! This is a true blue Hudson. The merger did not take place until mid- year. The 1st AMC Hudson was the 1955 model - the "Hash"0 -
I stand corrected. sweet and genuine. J.R.0

Larry - The car came out of Canada. I went up Sat. and drove it back thru customs, took the time to get all the proper papers, and on Monday made an Allen County resident out of it. I had forgotten how nice the '54s drove and handled. The new cars sure don't have anything over on this one!0 -

Kenny | The coming out party will be on April 10 at "Lost in the 50's". Hope to see you there0 -
From what I can tell, Hudson made only about 2000 Hornet coupes in '54 (ex. Specials) and to find one that nice is amazing. Tell us more, is it an optioned car? PS? PB? Any spare, nice rear lenses in the trunk......;)0
-
Looks like a honey to me. Factory installed upholstery, as my 54 cpe had the same fabric and color, however to far gone.
Enjoy the great ride a 54 gives you.

That,s 1 fine automobile, will look amazing with all that chrome glistening in the sun

The car is pretty much run of the mill - Dual Range Hydramatic, Twin H, Radio, Heater, Fog Lites, Twin Spots & Vent Shade Pkg. No spare parts in the trunk. It does now have Radial Tires, and Hornet Special Hub Caps, as the former owner said he could not keep the standard Hornet discs on the wheels, and lost many of them in the prairies of Ontario.0
