Mark, the first thing you ought to do -- unless you've done it already -- is to join the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Club. A good source of parts, tech. information and a network of Hudson (and Jet) owners. Go to http://www.classiccar.com/clubs/hudson/ to find more.0

If you join the HET Club there are registry keepers who could tell you how many surviving cars are out there that the club is aware of. As far as how many were made originally the number is in different sources but not broken down by model I think. The HET club's magazine the White Triangle News has sources for parts and alsothere is a special interest group for Jet owners called "The Jet Set" with a newsletter specifically for Jet's and Jet parts.0
