Here's a Hudson Dealer Photo for ya!
Checked in on my favorite website this morning to be greeted by this fantastic original photo of a Hudson dealer from Washington D.C. in 1911!

Notice the unusual dual oval rear windows in the tops on the roadsters!
If you like these types of old photo's, you owe it to yourself to check out the Shorpy.com website..................but be sure you have a lot of time to kill before going in. LOL!
They do have quite a number of great pix of pre-war Hudsons in their collection.:)

What a cool photo. Must be one of the early Hudson shots? I would take any of those cars for my collection.....0

A bit of quick research indicates that the Hudson agency was transferred to someone else the following year and moved. The building might still exist (though heavily modified, and with its address changed by a couple numbers) -- see photo and compare the building at the right, in both photos:

You can buy a print of this picture on ebay right now, too.
Jon,
I have a 1926 picture of another Hudson dealership a mile and a half a way at 14th & Irving on my website. Is this the one you believe was linked to the H.B. Leary location? Or something else? Actually, the H.B. Leary building probably hasn't changed as much as one would think. It appears to me that it's just a large metal grid installed over what might be an original facade hiding behind it.0
