rear end housing number

This is an extra rear end assembly I have to work in building a 37 Terraplane PU. The stamped # on the rear drivers side of housing looks like

44581-8 or 41581-8

I can find a number 44580 in the 37 parts book, but not the other numbers.

Can anyone ID this?

Apparently this is a later 39? model 8 bolt rear that is also a 4.1 ratio.

??
