37 PU rear brake cables

Can some one tell me the difference between the LH - RH rear brake cables on the 37 PU?

Parts Book showing # C 152594 RH

and # C 152595 LH

Don't know if the 37 has the same set-up but on my 39 the piece that bolts to the brake backing plate is different on both sides because of the bolt pattern.
