OOPS! Which is the longer pedal.....?
HA well another good reason to take pics! I took the pedals off my 36T and when I went to put them back on I noticed they are different lengths. I am guessing the longer would be the clutch but want to make sure first.
Thanks for setting me straight!

Yup, the clutch is the longer one. The shaft needs to have a 1 1/2 inch clearance under the toeboard, with a spring and rubber pad there, while the brake shaft is against the rubber pad. Less clearance may cause the clutch to slip.
This difference continued thru the stepdowns.0 -
Thanks Uncle Josh!0

I got them mixed up on my 36, and when I sat in the drivers seat my leg would hit the steering wheel before I could put the brake on. That's when you know they're swapped!0

By the way, here we are in the parade, and the only two sedans on the road in NYS0
