Brand new “Street Demon” Series turbo package for your vehicle. The most complete turbo package available for the price. This package has all new quality parts that are capable of producing well beyond 485 horsepower at 25+ PSI with supporting modifications and a built motor. This is the most complete package available compared to others at an affordable price. On a stock motor the kit will create give the motor a 50-100 horsepower gain on a low boost setting of 8 PSI. Also, the included electronic turbo timer provides a hassle-free operation of precisely calculating the cool down period to ensure a proper cool down for your turbocharged motor. Works with either automatic or manual gearboxes. This kit may allow you to keep your air conditioning and power steering for a great street setup.

Wow you can even keep your AC and power steering on your Hudson! Who will be first to install one???? Guess what, the same kit is available for your Essex and Nash Metropolitan woo hoo! I am just bummed that there is no kit for my C8!!!!

  • Interesting....

Rudy Bennett is actually running a turbo on his 262. His installation is chronicled in other posts on this BBS. As you say Dan, turbo charging the ole Hudson motor is a smart way to the get power out of your Hudson... Check with Rudy for the results he is getting with his custom adaptation of a GM system.
  • I bet this rig is made in China.... bet it blows up after shifting into second!

Do Not Buy any Turbo or Turbo-rebuilding Kits made in China.

The Turbine wheel and shaft are one piece and made of Steel, and the Turbine wheel will Melt away under High Heat. The ones made in U.S.A. are a 2-piece that is ,the shaft is high quality steel and the Turbine wheel is welded to the shaft because it is made of Exotic Metals to withstand temps in the 1300-1500 degree.

I have seen many Turbine wheels melt away to the point of No Blades left on the wheels. Hope this helps Hudsonly Rudy

The same kit also fits Hyundai, Honda, Ferrari, Neon etc and gives all of those vehicles 485HP at 25psi boost.

I'm sure that if you contact the suppliers they will be able to create an ad for you for a Commodore 8 kit.

I'd put one on my Essex, but I reckon it would scramble the digital rejiggerator if I did.

Doesn't it gripe you that these A**holes just shotgun their crap across the eBay horizon. It just makes it more and more difficult to find legitimate parts in between all the white noise of "Hudson" floor mats, power antennas, turbos, etc.

I complained about a couple of totally bogus listings awhile back to eBay, but, as always, the capitalist mode comes first... as long as it brings in more bucks, eBay could care less about the integrity of their listings.

If this kind of crap continues to grow, it's going to bring the usefulness of used parts listings to its knees.
