The Orange 27E Boattail belongs to Tracy Thiel. He lives in the area and it is a work in progress. He has done extensive wood replacement. I did see something on his that I found interesting, the spare tire saddles are mounted with a wedge shim between the bracket & the rear frame cross member to tilt the spare tire forward at the top.

Anyone have a follow-up word on the Railton. Did the radiator get back and did they get on the road as they planned?

Yes the Railton was put back together as of Friday night, however I never heard it run. Lots of express shipping to get all the parts together for it... from what I understand.
