click click click sound.
Assistance needed.
I have a clicking sound on my 262 engine at the front of the block..It sounds like perhaps the valves are out of adjustment but I recently had them adjusted.
I seem to recall someone say once that if there are too many spacers on the fuel pump it might also produce a similar sound and this is the area where the sound is comming from.
Any comments or thoughts?
THANKS
TOM

Are you sure it isn't your wife saying, "Tsk. Tsk. Tsk." as she shakes her head at you?

A broken return spring for the fuel pump arm will do that. Pull the pump to check. I hope that is all it is.
