Remember me function of forum?

What gives? Every time I sign onto the forum I have to log in. I check the "remember me" box but it doesn't seem to work anymore. Is everyone having this problem?

    Do you have COOKIES turned on or off on your browser? INTERNET Sites track registered users with a cookie or require passwords.

    I'm having this problem also. This is the only site this problem exists. It is not a problem with my computer.

    Although my name doesnt stay in the box, by just putting the cursor there and clicking my name comes up on a drop down. Then I just click it to put it in the box.

    Try that and see if it works.

    I'm not a trouble maker, but I believe there is a secret program installed in the 'log in' process that kicks back anyone with a 36 Terraplane in their Avatar. This is based on the fact that it does it to me also, and both of us have a 36 Terraplane's. JJbubaboy must be in on it.

    I'm curious to know what browser is being used by those who are "forgotten"? I used to use Internet Explorer and as I recall, I had to sign in each time. But when I switched to Firefox I was pleasantly surprised to find I was "remembered" at this site (and others too, I think).



    Of course, I.E. may have this feature now, and maybe it always did (though it may need to be switched on somewhere).



    Then again, there may no longer be any difference between browsers, as far as "remembering".

    I've been using Google Chrome and haven't had any problems.

    Speaking of different browsers , I've been selling some things on Ebay for a Friend and my boy . I use Firefox , when Ebay starts that blocking messages crap I switch to Enternet Explorer and they go right thru . By the way , we sold that weird Chevy steering wheel for $ $450 with some off Ebay negotiations . Had 3 people after that thing . Guy that got it says he has a guy that will recast it for about $500 . If anybody is interested in checking out the recast guy I can find out who it is . In California . BUD
