37 rear fender info needed

I am working on the 37 PU rear fender to bed fit and don't have the fender braces that tie the bottom of the fender to the bed. Can some one take a picture of that mounted to the fender and give me a measurement from the fender lip to the bed so I know what I need to work with? Both of these are pretty warped up.

Do the braces go from the fender to the bed or to the frame?
