There was a time when it wasn't difficult to find cars like this in American junkyards but that time is long gone. You are fortunate in Oz to have a few "hangers-on" remaining.

Just looking at the firewall on the 1937 and am wondering if the bottle shape on the firewall is a windshield washser or a Marvel Mystrey Oil resevoir?

Probably fittes as a reservoir for the brake fluid, you know how hard they are to check and fill.

Here is a 46 Hudson at Nonning cattle station, 150kms north of Pt Augusta in South Australia, and another in Victoria. The other photo of a 1939 112 has to be saddest photo Ive seen, bogged in white sand and a roof cut for rabbit shooting.

Hey Simon, I'm interested in rescuing what is left of the '46 from the wrecker at Kyabram. And Barry, that '46 with the roof cut is in my front yard and is restorable. It has ute written all over it.
