I do not want to pick fly specks from the pepper but I have some question as to how original that car actually is? Do not think the interior material looked like that nd the door pannels leave me with some question. This car only made it to just above 5K on ebay. It does look nice in the photo's. Ebay photos had the undercarriage views. I know why he did not post them here.....0

There are so many really knowledgeable Hudson guys in Illinois and Indiana seems like there's sure to be somebody who knows this car...:whistle:0

I've been to this place in Stauton, IL (about 30-40 miles north of St. Louis, MO) several times and yes, they do charge a few bucks to go through the place which is quite large. It's right along the east side of I-55 and you can't miss it as you drive by the place. They have in stock probably well over one hundred antique cars for sale at any time displayed both inside large buildings and outdoors. It seems many of the cars are in the condition that they were in when purchased by this dealer (many smelled musty inside). The first time I was there they were replacing a '52 or '53 Hornet's engine with what seemed to be a Ford V-8 from the 1970's. I believe I was told the original 308 was shot.0

well, The seat fabric & steering wheel aren't original. It looks like the door panels have been redone as well. It's hard to see in the pics, but the dash appears to have been painted solid gray instead of the patterned paint that should be there.0

Interior is not original nor is the steering wheel, engine is anyone's guess but as far as Pacemaker sedans go, it doesn't look bad. It's just overpriced with what those have gone for historically and even lately. $5000 would be more in line. Outside of Hudson circles? I dunno maybe he'd get it, but then outside of Hudson circles most of those guys would want it cheaper so they could hotrod it.0

I agree. The window cranks also seem to be wrong.
In addition, it has Commodore fender and hood ornaments. For some reason, the hubcaps don't look like Pacemaker ones to me either.0
