    Baker City, Oregon is located just West of Boise, Idaho. Could be there?

    Baker City, Oregon, is as good a guess as any. There is still a Baker Garage there selling GM (including Buick) cars. Found it using a google search for "The Baker Garage". Probably the same one.

    Here's a New Zealand small town dealer in the early 30's. My friends father is the young apprentice mechanic standing to the back.
