Just under 200.00 and you can get intermittent for an additional fee. You will have to send your old motor in so that they can put or take the right mounts for the cable ends to connect to the new motor.

I paid for mine - but still need to ship it off!

  • I believe that a '57 Chevy wiper motor is a bolt in change

Is that for 6 volt only or 12 volt?

Those are 12v conversions that NEWPORT Engineering does. I guess that won't work if you still have the 6v system.
  • Studebaker Used Electrics Wipers All Through The 50's. I Have A Couple Of 6v Units, And I Was Going To Try To Rig One Up For My '54 Wasp. If I Get Anything Done On It, I'll Let You Know.
  • One of our Chapter members has acquired all of the motors that Clay Hannah was building. He may be up and running with new conversions available after the first of the year. I'll let you all know when he gets cranked up.
