For Jet owners looking for bragging rights, thought I'd share that Super Jet made the ranks of "Orphan of the Day" on the Studebaker Drivers Club Forums. :)

    Score one for the mouse that roars!!!! :lol: Some interesting comments following - I think the one about why the Jet failed was pretty much spot on.

    That Jet is in the National Auto Museum in Reno Nevada. Was able to shine that one up. It has less than 15 thousand miles on it. Original interior looks brand new.

    Roger,
    I am no expert on California licenses, but I believe this plate would have had a "53" metal tab on it when this Jet was new.

    Your right. I have an extra one, so will give it to them the next time I'm there.
