page 51 "three in a tree" shows a terraplane chassis in the woods with two good size trees growing up through the frame sandwiching the steering column.

    I followed this thread as he went. Great story,and now over 100 pages...
    First couple pages will give you a pretty good idea...

    HOLY COW....did you see the steering wheel??? The frame and drive train look pretty darn good for being there as long as it took the tree to grow that big.

    When you clicked on the link www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=51567
    did "The Garage Journal" open up on page 1?

    If it didn't open up, uh.....uh.....perhaps one of our computer savvy members can tell you what to do.

    If it did go to page 4 and scroll halfway down the page to see the Terraplane frame. BTW The steering wheel looks like a '39 Country Club wheel.

    It is obviously a 1939 Hudson - gearshift on the column. Now that one would be a challenge to restore.
