The top bezel around the horn button should unscrew, and come off with the horn button. You cannot of course use any tools on this or it will shatter, but it should be able to be removed by gripping with fingers okay.0

Thank you very much , it as worked very whell, a little hard to unscrew but by hand

When removing the button or replacing it use one of those rubber cap grippers used to open just about anything that has a screw on lid I have used them for years.
Just a round rubber disc very thin but it is amazing how it helps you get a grip!
