Lifetime Gurantees for Hudson

I saw a ad for a Lifetimre Guarantee On A New 1951 Hudson by The House of Hudsons dealership in Walnut Crreek, Ca.

Also, in 1955 Bundy Auto Service & Sales, a Hudson dealer, offered a Lifetiime Warrantee on new Hudsons.

I didn't know Hudson ever offered a lifetime warrantee.

    Having been a Valvoline Oil Distributor in the past, it would lead me to believe that these dealers were probably promoting an Oil Co. warranty. Valvoline had a lifetime warranty on engine and running gear way back in the 60's - maybe before. I don't know of any warranty that Hudson promoted other than what was printed in the owner's manuals.
